Mission Statement:
To provide Shelby County residents a tax beneficial means to leave a personal legacy through donor advised charitable giving.

Our Objectives:
The purpose of the Shelby County Community Foundation is to enrich the quality of life for all citizens of Shelby County by serving the charitable interests of donors who have established charitable funds as part of a permanent, collective, philanthropic resource for the current and future needs of the Shelby County community.

The Shelby County Community Foundation is an affiliate foundation of The Community Foundation of Louisville (CFL), a tax-exempt public charity that administers charitable funds created by individuals, businesses and organizations for the betterment of their communities. SCCF was organized in 1995 to provide the services of a community foundation to local residents and to begin building a collective charitable endowment for Shelby County. | Click for the complete objectives statement
